We thank all our guests for honoring our 2-week cancellation policy. We require notice of cancellation 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Late cancellations will result in your credit card being charged for the full amount of your reservation ONLY if your room cannot be resold.

The "Guest House" policy is: 50% non-refundable deposit at time of reservation; 50% balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is non-refundable, at this time.
